Our Process
Step 1 - Consultation
Upon receiving your Request a Quote submission, We will contact you by the method requested and set up an appointment for consultation. Based on the information you've provided in the Request a Quote form our account executive will have prepared a basic price structure and will be ready to answer all questions you may have.
At this point there will be an active dialog refining your order and making sure that you are getting everything you need. We are open to most forms of communication, whether you're a phone, txt or email person, maybe a Facebook or Skype, smoke signal or hieroglyphics, or you'd just like to come in and see us in person we will make sure you're comfortable with your order.
Step 2 - Mock Up
Once you're happy with the order you've placed, we will start on a mock-up of your product. Whether you know exactly what you want, or you have no idea, we are here to create something that pleases you.
Depending on the type of product ordered the mock up process may differ slightly.
For Graphic Design and most other services we will generally send you a digital file containing a few, usually 3, conceptual ideas. It will be your choice of which concept we should proceed with, and we will then refine it to your liking. Communication is key here, and we prefer to have you involved through all steps in the process so as to give you the maximum bang for your buck.
For Web Design / Development services we have an extra step, after we go through the graphic design process by first creating a sketch and wire frame of the major website elements, decide a color scheme and figure out all the pages and links needed to complete your site, we will make a live site on one of our test servers and here you will be able to interact with your site and arrange content until your satisfaction is met.

Step 4 - Proof / Revision
Now that we've got a concept decided upon and we've produced a few mock-ups, you will have the opportunity to select a design and make changes desired and will be able revise the order until you're happy. At this point all the copy, graphics and color scheme will need be agreed upon.
It is your responsibility to make sure everything is spell checked and all content is verified accurate to the best of your abilities. After this step we will not hold responsibility for corrections needed post production.
